Today I am going to discuss about a theme music which heard thousands of times in mobile as ringtone. That theme is non-other than the movie from Deiva Thirumagal which got grand success and box office hit in Tamilnadu. Firstly, I have tried this theme in E minor I could find there is something is missing. Then I tried E harmonic minor scale; it matches perfectly. I don’t know what the actual composing was done by G.V. Prakash. I have arranged this theivathirumal main theme is E harmonic minor scale. The manuscript has been written in very basic level and arranged according to rhythm and sounds only.Very soon I will upload the updated full arrangement with tempo, dynamic, tie, slur, etc. You should know about minor scales and its types. There are 3 kinds of minor scales. They are 1) Natural Minor 2) Harmoni Minor 3) Melodi Minor.
The 6th note of any major scale can be considered as its relative minor scale. For example the 6th note of G Major is E; so E is the Relative Minor of G Major. Then how do you form a Minor scale and its types. The Re arrangement of G Major scale from E to E would be considered as E Relative Minor or Natural Minor. The 7th note of E minor raises a semi tone (#) would be considered as E Harmonic Minor. And 6th note along with 7th note of E minor raises a semi tone (#) would be considered as E Melodic Minor.
